It is a Kid-Centric informal (No rutta based exams, No Pass/fail Results, No degree certificates) learning program which is designed (by combination of ancient gurukul culture and today’s premium research institutions’ methodologies) for kids who have chosen productive & stress free unconventional learning journey (kids who are not willing to go for conventional schoolling due to any reason, unschooling/homeschooling kids, special kids like slow/fast/over-smart learners, mentally/physically challenged kids, Autistic kids etc.-No age limit).
Gdhyana believes in “Every kid is different & special and need separate attention/method for his/her learning journey. Hence, Gdhyana provides positive environment/space and play a role of facilitators to help such interested kids’ {only interest of kid matters. Any bias (religion, caste, colour, gender, age, financial situation, mental/physical condition etc.) are not considered and all are equal in Campus.} learning journey.
Like a conventional schoolling, kids spare their four hrs quality time in campus and also learn regular subjects (which are needed for sustainability) in unconventional ways (experiencially). However, main intention of a Gdhyana is to give wings to Kids’ curiosity and help them to learn all the skills which are needed for simple, stress-free, self-sufficience, sustainable and joyful leaving.
Along with regular subjects (not age-based curriculum wise, but with kids’ own interest and own pace), kids of Gdhyana learn/practice yoga & meditation, simple& healthy living habits, tinkering, organic farming, cow & animal care, nature talk, sports, art&craft, and many more which help them to become extraordinary human beings and future leaders/farmers/entrepreneur/inventors/social activist/volunteers etc.
They also learn many important living lessons from Mother Nature. Learning with problem solving approach and for Self-sufficiency & Sustainability are in center of the proposed unconventional teaching-learning program.
Gdhyana enrolls kids in two different intakes; one during Summer (tentatively first week of April) and second during Autumn (tentatively first week of October).
Parents/gaurdians of interested kid (No Age Limit) can contact us and also plan a campus visit for detailed understanding of program, future scope and fee structure for the same.
